Antony joined Russam in April 2015 as Director of the Financial Services Interim Management practice. He is a highly experienced board adviser with almost 15 years of senior level experience.
During this time, Antony has built an extensive network of both clients and professional interim executives – with the two often being one and the same. Antony possesses a strong track record across a wide range of disciplines such as COOs in Operations, CROs in Risk, Change Directors and heads of function across the spectrum.
Antony has worked with a broad range of clients across the financial services sector including the Bank of England, Aldermore Bank, Shawbrook Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, JP Morgan, Close Brothers, RSA, Family Investments and Saffron Building Society.
Antony joins Russam from Interim Partners, where he was a Senior Consultant in the financial & professional services practice. He has previously worked at Hamilton Blake, Goodman Masson, Nigel Lynn and Reed.
Prior to his career in Financial Services, Antony worked for six years as an accountant with Wembley Football stadium, Omnicom and News International.
Antony is married and in his spare time he enjoys playing tennis with his daughter Anabelle, and reliably informs us that as she’s just seven years old at the time of writing he always wins. Sadly Antony is also a fan of Arsenal FC, who rarely win. When not engaged in dubious sporting activities, Antony tries to restore his old Victorian family home with his limited DIY skills – usually calling it quits to explore north London and its many walks, eateries and pubs.
