Bill works with many  Boards and CEOs listening and identifying present and future challenges with their built environment delivering significant savings in resources along with worker satisfaction.  He has carried out the successful custodianship on behalf of major property portfolios such as The Dubai Airport, Parliament House in Sydney Australia, major banking groups and universities. Bill is a skilled mentor who uses his comprehensive knowledge management to create strategic solutions for his clients. He is a pioneer of the Facilities Management industry and has been responsible for the implementation of leading edge building optimisation projects that have returned major savings direct to his clients bottom line. Bill is now working with stakeholders of both small and large built environments  in the UK and Europe.
