Tracey joined Russam in 2022, focusing on its international activities. She is an internationally experienced leader who has lived and worked in the Philippines, the US and France and managed portfolios of complex service delivery and transformation programmes, across a range of industries.
In 2015 Tracey became a partner in EY’s Advisory practice, focusing on the public sector, initially leading a contract managing overseas inward investment teams. She subsequently set up EY’s Belfast Delivery and Innovation Centre, which implements digital technologies including RPA, data analytics and visualisation. Her final role at EY was as Chief Innovation Officer for the UK Advisory practice. Since 2018, Tracey has worked independently, providing services to an international consulting firm and a data science scale up, she has also become a trustee on a number of not for profit education and arts boards. She was named one of the ‘50 Women to Watch 2019’ in the Female FTSE Board Report and given Freedom of the City of London in 2018 for her contributions to championing social mobility within the City.
She is a patron of the arts, with a passion for live performance including opera, jazz and theatre. Happily, these interests are shared by her three, now adult, children.
