Our client is an established retailer undergoing a total transformation, re-imagining themselves as a cosmetics health and beauty brand for tomorrow.
Role and Responsibilities
As Global Marketing Director you will work in collaboration with the Brand and Creative Design teams translating visions into great content and stories that continue to build and engage our communities through our social platforms, events and editorial.
You will also lead and manage the business’s PR Partners.
The Desired Candidate
The Global Marketing Director will have:
- A Retail industry background– luxury and wellness an advantage
- A love of storytelling and all things creative and innovative
- Developed content campaigns – multimedia
- An entrepreneurial nature
- A commercial mindset, and be outcomes orientated
- Sensitivity to cultural differences, consumer behaviours and trends
- Outstanding communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills
- The ability to inspire creativity and work well with different cultures and personality types — all while juggling various projects
- Extensive marketing experience within a similar organisation
