Gary specialises in placing P3M, transformation, and change management interim roles at the Director, Portfolio, and Programme Management levels across the public sector, including Central Government, NHS, MoD, and Local Authorities. He leverages frameworks like G-Cloud 13, DSP, Perm Rec 2, and ESPO to support his clients’ diverse needs.

With over 26 years of experience in talent advisory, Gary has a track record of delivering tailored solutions that fit each client’s unique requirements. Early in his career, he built and led a £25m+ Public Sector Division for Manpower’s subsidiary, Experis, and later enjoyed significant success as a Director of Russam.

Gary actively develops a network of senior interim candidates, partnering with private sector firms to establish a dynamic working group. As Russam’s representative for the North of England, he continues to build strategic partnerships and drive forward-thinking initiatives.

Residing on the edge of the Peak District with his partner Ali and their three children, Gary is also a passionate athlete, representing Great Britain as an Age Group Triathlete and Duathlete, as well as being an avid cyclist and golfer.
