Neil Brown has been providing professional recruitment and resource management services for nearly thirty years, offering clients an unbiased resource, delivering the best solution, or set of solutions that match the needs of the business.

The majority of his time has been spent fulfilling executive search & strategic interim assignments for clients in the UK & Europe, targeting and reaching key individuals efficiently and effectively and has resulted in the establishment of a wide network of industry contacts.

This background and the solutions orientated approach applied to resolving recruitment challenges, has promoted the development of effective business partnerships. This has been applied to a varied cross section of organisations in both the public & private sector at all the differing stages of their individual evolution.

Prior to commencing his career in recruitment Neil’s early work experience included retail management in London and the delightfully-diverse life of a professional photographer.

The latter engendered a life-long interest in image making, but only for pleasure now.

Less pleasurably, Neil succumbs to the necessity of regular gym visits in an attempt to provide some balance against life’s excesses and to assuage his guilt.
