The Organisation:
A well respected charity that works in the area of social deprivation.

The Role:
Our client requires an interim director of fundraising to take over a young and inexperienced team whilst providing support to the executive director. As well as providing operational support during the winter fundraising appeal period, they will then review the fundraising strategy. The appointee will also support with the recruitment of a full-time Director.

The Person:

• An experienced interim Director of Fundraising
• Experience of running national fundraising campaigns which work closely with the media
• A mature leader who can support and develop others
• Comfortable moving between operations and strategy
