The Role:
We are seeking a Technology Programme Manager to lead the delivery of technical projects within our clients Foundation Transformation Programme (Renew). You’ll manage teams and third-party suppliers and ensure technical solutions meet compliance, timelines, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical workstream and develop and manage technology programme plans.
  • Oversee delivery of technology solutions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
  • Handle project risk and scope changes and provide accurate project cost tracking.
  • Act as the escalation point for project challenges, providing clear reporting to leadership.

Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive programme management experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical terminology.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with third-party vendors.
  • Project finance experience and budgetary control.
  • Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
