The British Psychological Society has appointed Dr Carol Cole as the new Chair of the Society’s Board of Trustees.

A chartered member of the BPS, Carol began her career as a clinical psychologist and then as a change management consultant in the NHS, before working in organisation development, applying psychology to the design and delivery of strategic transformation with individuals, teams, and boards in the UK and abroad.
