Carmen Whitelock and Dave Cook bring outstanding expertise in digital transformation, marketing, and innovation – strengthening the organisation’s governance as it continues its vital mission.

Carmen Whitelock

Carmen is a seasoned marketing, communications, and customer experience professional, with over 15 years’ experience in the banking and professional services sectors. Currently Digital Marketing Lead at Cynergy Bank, she has played a key role in enhancing the bank’s digital channels, including website and app development.

Her previous experience spans leading roles in brand, digital content, and customer engagement at Schroders Wealth Management, M&S, and RSA Insurance Group. Carmen also brings valuable board-level perspective from her ongoing role as a trustee with Heart of the City since 2019. Her expertise will be instrumental in helping Family Fund strengthen its reach, reputation and engagement.

Dave Cook

Dave is a digital, technology and data expert with a career spanning more than 30 years. He has a track record of leading innovation and driving digital transformation across multiple sectors, with deep knowledge in AI, automation, and advanced data analytics.

Currently Chief Technology Officer at hiya!, Dave has previously held senior technology and digital leadership roles at Havn, Virgin, Clarion Events, and TimeOut. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Engerati Ltd. Dave’s strategic insight into digital infrastructure and emerging technologies will bring invaluable guidance to Family Fund’s continued evolution.
