The Organisation

Russam is working with a global advertising and communications firm.
They need a gap cover Interim CFO for their country operations in Turkey. They need someone on site in Istanbul by early Nov. '22 and there will be travel to their major European offices. 

The total team is c200 staff (7-8 direct reports) and turnover of c$5m US; the whole organisation globally is a multi £bn turnover The role reports to the CFO EMEA.

Role & Responsibilities

To Provide leadership to the finance function across commercial finance, transformation and operations. The role directly supports the achievement of the revenue and profit. 

The Desired Applicant

• We are looking for an experienced Interim Executive with a track record of supporting organisational and financial transformation. risk management and business optimisation
• Someone that can advice on business decisions through sound commercial judgement and be a key member of the country leadership team.
• Significant experience of setting budget plans and cost management for the country division; and also leading on working capital improvement initiatives. 
• Qualified accountant.
