AJM approached Russam after the appointment of a new CFO to help in a number of areas to improve financial controls and make process improvements. An experienced interim accountant was needed, also bringing expertise in accounts payable and, importantly, someone who could fit in well and help with coaching and developing the team.  Matthew brings extensive experience in these areas, along with management reporting, budgeting and forecasting; he is a chartered accountant and now has 19 interim accounting roles under his belt since 2010.
