We’re delighted to celebrate Juliet Thorburn’s transition from an accomplished HR leadership career to a thriving Non-Executive Director (NED) portfolio — including her recent appointments to the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Boards of both Hue and Attraction Tickets Ltd, supported by Russam.

Juliet has spent her career in HR leadership roles across multiple sectors and geographies, always known for her commercial insight, people-centred approach, and inclusive leadership. Now, as she steps away from executive HR, she brings this wealth of experience to purpose-led boards — helping organisations embed strong governance and people-first cultures as they transition to employee ownership.

At Attraction Tickets Ltd, Juliet serves as Independent Chair of the EOT Board, providing strategic oversight and challenge as the business embraces employee ownership. At Hue, a pioneering business also transitioning to EOT, Juliet has taken up a trustee position — helping to shape inclusive governance structures that reflect the business’s values.

Juliet recently reflected on this shift in a heartfelt LinkedIn post, sharing her excitement for the next chapter: focusing on board leadership, travelling, hiking, and outpacing MAMIL cyclists on her Pinarello.
