Last week, members of the Russam team attended the B Lab UK 10th anniversary celebrations in London. The event highlighted the growing influence of the B Corp movement and showcased how organisations across the business landscape are embedding purpose, responsibility and long term sustainability into their leadership and operations. The scale of the movement today is remarkable. The UK now has more than 2,600 certified B Corps, contributing to a global network of over 10,000 organisations across more than 100 countries. This growth reflects a shift towards values led leadership, transparent governance and business models that create positive outcomes for people and the planet. These principles sit at the centre of Russam’s approach to leadership and organisational transformation.
