#GreatHire: Campbell McDonald Appointed Chair of Grapetree’s EOTAS Trustee Board

Campbell brings over 17 years of expertise in employee ownership, advising and leading employee-owned businesses across multiple sectors. His appointment reinforces Grapetree’s commitment to best-in-class governance and long-term organisational success.

Campbell’s career highlights include:
- Serving as Independent Trustee and Chair across multiple EOT Boards, including dxw, OLS, Coffee Bay, TKC Sales, and Broadway Malyan.
- Leading The Eternal Business, providing EO transition support, governance training, and leadership development.
- Co-founding GreatEO and creating eoQ, a pioneering EO health-check tool.
- Driving the Ownership at Work charity and the EO Knowledge Programme, the UK’s most extensive research into EO impact.
- Supporting government engagement on EO, including advisory roles with the John Lewis Partnership, HM Cabinet Office, and No10.
