The Organisation

A high-growth, European-headquartered technology business operating at the intersection of digital identity, cybersecurity and regulatory technology.

The organisation provides a sophisticated identity platform that enables enterprises, governments and regulated industries to securely manage customer, workforce and B2B identities, with a particular strength in organisation identity and compliance-led use cases.

With an established client base across financial services, telecoms and the public sector, the business is now entering a critical phase of commercial acceleration, driven by increasing demand for secure digital identity solutions and evolving regulatory requirements across Europe.
 

The Opportunity

This is a key interim leadership role, stepping in to replace the current Head of Sales and provide immediate direction, stability and performance uplift to the commercial function.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the sales organisation, driving revenue growth, strengthening pipeline discipline and leading a geographically distributed team, while working closely with the executive team to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy.

There is a clear opportunity for this role to transition into a permanent appointment, subject to performance and mutual fit.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director within SaaS, Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or adjacent enterprise technology sectors
  • Strong background in enterprise / complex solution sales

  • Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. financial services, public sector) is advantageous

  • Hands-on, credible and able to quickly earn trust with teams and stakeholders

  • Strong coaching and performance management capability
