Consulting Delivery Excellence Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Consulting Delivery Excellence Lead to help strengthen and scale the way they deliver consultancy services to private sector clients.
This is not a SaaS customer success or technical implementation role. It is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how a professional services business should engage clients, contract work, onboard accounts, govern delivery and deliver a consistently strong client experience.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will help review and improve the end-to-end client journey, build practical delivery frameworks and playbooks, strengthen governance and onboarding, and help embed a more robust and scalable consultancy delivery model.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from professional services, management consulting, consulting operations or consultancy-led delivery and will understand what good looks like in a private sector client environment.
This role will suit someone who is commercially aware, operationally credible, hands-on and able to combine strategic thinking with real delivery experience.
