The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to bring structure, pace and coordination across the business.

This is a broad, high-impact role working across client delivery, technology and internal teams to improve efficiency, align priorities and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Client Services, IT and wider business functions
• Act as a central link between commercial teams and technical/platform delivery teams
• Identify operational inefficiencies, delivery risks and areas for improvement
• Implement scalable processes, governance and ways of working
• Support business change initiatives and platform improvement programmes
• Produce clear operational reporting, KPIs and management insight
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities to ensure delivery remains on track
• Help create a high-performance operating rhythm across the business

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a Business Operations, Operations Manager, Programme Management or similar role within a technology-led business
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with both commercial and technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight
• Energetic, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment
