Supporting leadership appointments

The Director of Operations is a key leadership role, connecting an organisation’s priorities with its day-to-day operations. Finding the right person can help an organisation deliver its plans and support its wider ambitions.

Russam works with organisations to identify and appoint senior leaders who match their needs. We’re pleased to have supported The Collinson Group with Hester’s appointment.

Congratulations to Hester. We wish her and The Collinson Group every success.
