Russam at the WIL Group’s global conference

Russam recently joined fellow members of the WIL Group in Amsterdam for its 2026 global conference. As a founding UK member, we’re proud to be part of this international network of independent interim management firms, working together on cross-border assignments.

The WIL Group brings together 19 firms across 37 countries, with access to more than 80,000 interim leaders and over 700 assignments each year. The conference was a valuable opportunity to share expertise, discuss leadership and culture, exchange best practice and explore new business development opportunities across the network.

These international connections are especially relevant as the UK looks to grow sectors including advanced manufacturing, clean energy, defence, digital and technology, financial services, life sciences, and professional and business services. The Government’s Industrial Strategy identifies these as eight growth-driving sectors. Through the WIL Group, Russam can work with trusted partners to help organisations access leadership expertise and local market knowledge across borders.
