Role & Responsibilities
They have an immediate requirement for an Interim Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to provide inspirational leadership, and to continue building relations and promoting the organisation, maintaining both its vision and direction.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Strategic Leadership team, you will ensure that the organisation achieves impact through delivery-focussed high-quality programme support, evidence, policy and influencing work, providing this effectively to partners across the globe. The post is a critical bridge into countries, regions and work at a global level.

This appointment is anticipated to be for 3-6 months.

The Desired Applicant
You will have:

• Proven experience of working as a senior leader for a large international civil society organisation or foundation.
• Established skills in influencing, campaigning in particular, and on an international basis, working with country programmes and partner organisations.

You will be:

• An experienced people leader with a proven track record of engaging and nurturing high performing teams and enabling collective decision making.
• Good under pressure, with experience of managing complexity, working with agility and delivering change.
