Our Private Equity client seeks a talented Interim Executive to lead on the operational integration of a new bolt on acquisition.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integration program for the proposed acquisition
• Lead cost rationalisation/synergy savings process across the combined entities
• Define and implement organisation structure
• Rationalise and refine organisations processes and systems
• Define and manage multi-disciplinary integration programs using existing line management resource

The Desired Candidate

• A strong background in integration project management with examples of success in terms of delivery and execution
• Exposure to the private equity environment
• Experience in FMCG, Hospitality & Leisure or retail would be desirable; but not essential
• A finance qualification would also be desirable
• Hands-on and able to communicate at all levels and get things done.
