Our client is a global data, analytics, and technology company, and they are seeking a Director of Partnerships and Vendor Management.

The Role:

This role will lead a team of vendor and partnership managers across the UK and Ireland.  You will ensure our client is receiving value for money, are satisfying internal stakeholders, and client satisfaction is high.  In addition, ensure SLAs are met and driving improvements as necessary and building great relationships that are successful for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the Vendor and Partnership team
• Customer experience
• Ensure partnerships are based on required standards and checked and maintained
• Drive improvements through monitoring and remediation
• Realising efficiencies – managing costs
• Build, manage and use performance metrics
• Reporting – design robust, clear, and timely reports to all senior stakeholders
• Technology – tools and systems – provide as necessary to enable partners and vendors to succeed.
• Design and produce a service catalogue for data on all vendors

Desirable candidate:

• Proven experience in operational management in a customer services arena
• Vendor and partnership management in an operations environment
• Experience of finance and budget management
• Strong commercial acumen
• Project management experience – good use of data and insights
• Team management
• Excellent relationship building skills and natural collaborator, connector, and networker
