The Organisation
Russam is working with a national disability charity who provide support via a range of services.
Role & Responsibilities
They have an immediate requirement for an Interim Director of Resources to advance the implementation of the strategy and policy of the organisation.
The interim will be required to:
- Direct the development and activities of the Finance, Information Services, Estates and People Development departments.
- Ensure development and delivery of a Performance Management Framework in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
- Bring about positive change by ensuring the implementation of the Strategic Plan across the organisation as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
The Desired Applicant
An excellent communicator, you will have prior experience at a similar senior level within the not for profit/charity sector and have a strong understanding of good governance.
- You will have proven strategic development and business planning skills and the ability to see the big picture translating this into programmes of action.
- You will be able to structure, engage and lead a diverse team to achieve outstanding results.
- Have experience of leading and managing a range of corporate service functions including IT, investment, property, procurement.
- With experience of negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
- Experience of providing leadership to a People development function such as HR and Learning & Development
