Russam is working with a small health charity.

Role & Responsibilities

They have an immediate requirement for an Interim CEO to help the organisation transition to the next stage in its development.

The interim will:

• Be responsible for ‘business as usual’ in terms of strategy, planning, resourcing, operational performance, fundraising, marketing and governance.
• Lead a motivated team and have responsibility for their management and mentoring delivering on agreed key projects, business and operational plans.
• Oversee the overall financial health of the organisation and ensure long term operational viability is secured.
• Be an ambassador to promote and represent the organisation externally.

The Desired Applicant

With prior experience at this level within the charity sector, you will have a proven track record in helping organisations through change and be familiar with addressing changing user needs and digital transition along with expertise in relationship management.

This appointment is expected to be for six months of mainly home-working with some office and meetings attendance when required.
