A high‑growth FinTech partnered with our consultant to accelerate AI adoption and build a scalable internal AI capability. Our consultant delivered a structured programme combining training, governance, coaching, and long‑term strategic planning.

Our consultant initially ran a four‑day AI Bootcamp (six workshops) to upskill teams across the business and facilitated the creation of a KPI dashboard to track adoption and impact.  They continued to provide  dashboard maintenance and ad‑hoc advisory support as well as user coaching and leadership guidance  to embed new processes and approaches, culminating in the formation of  the organisation’s AI Centre of Excellence, and a road map through to 2027.  

Technical configuration of AI agents was handled by the internal IT team, with methodological coaching provided by the consultant as well as  enhanced agent support, PoC testing, and developer‑focused LLM tooling.
