On Tuesday 16th September, we were delighted to host a special evening of connection and celebration with our Russam, Trustees Unlimited, and Step on Board communities. The event marked not one, but two significant milestones: Russam’s 43rd birthday and Trustees Unlimited’s tenth consecutive year as a Certified B Corp.

A Night of Connection and Reflection

The evening brought together clients, partners, trustees, and senior professionals for an intimate networking event. Conversations flowed, ideas were shared, and connections strengthened — all in the spirit of collaboration and impact.

As we reflected on Russam’s journey over the past four decades, it was a reminder of the enduring values that have guided us: innovation, integrity, and a deep commitment to people and purpose.

For Trustees Unlimited, the celebration of a decade as a Certified B Corp highlighted our dedication to driving positive change through governance and leadership. Being part of the global B Corp movement means holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards of social and environmental impact — something we are incredibly proud of.

Looking Ahead

While milestones are worth celebrating, they are also moments to look forward. Together with Trustees Unlimited and Step on Board, Russam remains committed to shaping better leadership, building stronger boards, and supporting organisations to thrive in times of change.
