On the 22nd July we will be discussing the advantages and disadvantages of a flexible labour market.

Flexible working has been around for many years but the impact of the pandemic has resulted in 65% of public sector organisations saying hybrid working – a mix of remote and office-based work – will be here to stay and 55% of private firms agree.

This can create many challenges and organisations must consider everything from technology, security and ensuring the wellbeing of their people.

In addition to the logistics, how does it impact people, their wellbeing, contracts of employment and productivity and what are the legalities that you should be aware of?
