Flexible working has been around for many years but the impact of the pandemic has resulted in 65% of public sector organisations saying hybrid working – a mix of remote and office-based work – will be here to stay and 55% of private firms agree.
This can create many challenges and organisations must consider everything from technology, security and ensuring the wellbeing of their people.
