Srabani Sen is a trailblazing executive with over 30 years of experience, holding three CEO roles, serving on numerous boards, and leading as a Chair in four capacities. Passionate about transforming organizations through equity, diversity, and inclusion, Srabani recognized the need for representation and inclusivity in leadership positions.

Having navigated her own journey as a woman of colour in leadership, Srabani overcame unconscious bias and achieved the career she envisioned. She founded Full Colour with the aim of imparting her invaluable insights and merging them with her expertise in running and growing successful organizations.
