Mark Gadsby is an experienced programme manager with over 20 years of experience in banking, spanning banking experience, spanning technology and the front office. Having spent much of his childhood on benefits and being the first in his family to attend university, Mark brings a unique and personal perspective on the importance of socio-economic diversity. He will share his journey from a lower socio-economic background to a successful career in banking and discuss how financial services can support and promote social mobility.
