He specialises in scaling businesses, supporting private equity-backed organisations, and guiding owner-managed companies through growth, investment and exit.

With over five years’ experience in fractional leadership and a strong track record in interim and PE-backed finance roles, Richard brings expertise in financial strategy, performance improvement, fundraising support and organisational change. He is known for his hands-on, high-energy approach, combining analytical rigour with practical leadership.

In this role, Richard will:

• Strengthen financial planning and assess current performance
• Support fundraising and investor readiness
• Shape and deliver the next phase of growth
• Mentor the finance team and support capability development

He will also provide strategic oversight to support expansion into new markets and future investment activity.
