Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. They exist to end the pain and suffering and loss of life among people affected by eating disorders. When this fantastic charity approached us to find their next Deputy Director of Services we were delighted to help.

They were looking for a leader with strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability and confidence to present at high-level meetings. They wanted to continue to improve the impact of their services and were looking for someone who was passionate about the importance bringing credibility and experience to help them achieve their strategic goals.

Our search was thorough and extensive and resulted in an excellent shortlist of credible candidates. We were so pleased to see Edward Emond appointed to the role.
