Ben’s professional journey includes key roles in various organisations, such as Ascent, ByBox, truRating, JDA Software (BlueYonder), and RedPrairie, where he played crucial roles in financial leadership, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence.

His educational background includes an MBA from Henley Business School and a Fellow designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
