We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jason McQuaid (Business Architect- Operations) and Mohammed Motara as Business Analyst for the Charities Aid Foundation. Both will be joining to support CAF with the massive digital transformation.

Jason joins CAF with a rich background in economics, holding an MA from the University of Edinburgh. His professional journey includes impactful roles at Morgan Stanley and Akt.io, where he excelled in managing regulatory change and compliance projects. Jason is celebrated for his ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness, especially under pressure. His experience in governance, risk, and compliance in the dynamic environment of a Neo-bank start-up positions him perfectly to steer CAF’s operations in this new digital era.

Mohammed brings a wealth of experience in digital strategy and business architecture. His portfolio includes leading digital transformation projects for prominent firms such as KPMG, UBS, and Schroders. His focus has always been on developing agile technology roadmaps and ensuring regulatory compliance. At St James Place, Mohammed showcased his prowess in managing cross-divisional tech transformation projects and his expertise in SQL. His role will be pivotal in architecting the digital landscape of CAF.
