Charles brings with him a wealth of experience gained across over two decades of interim finance roles within charities, housing associations, membership bodies, and public sector organisations. From The Ramblers Association to the Lumos Foundation, Charles has delivered transformative finance insights, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement in complex and regulated environments​.

Throughout his career, Charles has consistently demonstrated his ability to extract and analyse financial data, optimise reporting systems, and drive continuous improvement. His time at Lumos, where he led finance transformation initiatives, and at The Ramblers, where he supported long-term planning, budgeting, and audit processes, makes him exceptionally well placed to support CF Social’s ongoing growth​.

At CF Social, Charles will play a key role in analysing business data to improve internal decision-making and help shape the organisation’s future service delivery.
