We were absolutely delighted to work with Cranstoun in the Executive Search and appointment of their new Chief Executive.

Melissa Baxter led on the search over the summer months and by making use of technology to engage with candidates, hold meetings and conduct interviews at every stage, we were able to ensure that Cranstoun benefitted from a rigorous selection process, despite any restrictions caused by the pandemic.

We are so pleased that Charlie Mack was appointed. He has worked in the voluntary sector for 26 years in large UK and Irish charities holding CEO and senior management roles. He brings a strong values-based leadership style and is keen to ensure the people who use Cranstoun’s services remain core to the charity’s development and growth.

We wish Charlie every success in his new role and look forward to working with Cranstoun again in the future.
