Russam is thrilled to announce the successful placement of Laurie Lee as the new CEO of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, one of the most significant independent charitable foundations in the UK. Laurie, who has been serving as the interim CEO since last April, officially takes the helm next month following Kieron Boyle, who provided seven years of outstanding leadership.

With a distinguished career that spans across the third sector and government roles, Laurie’s previous positions include CEO of Care International UK for eight years, and senior director roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the UK’s Department for International Development. His extensive experience and leadership skills make him the perfect fit for guiding the foundation towards its goal of improving health equity.
