Russam is pleased to announce Oona Muirhead’s appointment as the new Federation Board Chair for Groundwork, a charity committed to supporting communities across the UK in tackling the cost of living and climate crises.

With her extensive experience building partnerships to promote green infrastructure, energy efficiency, and access to nature, Oona is uniquely positioned to guide Groundwork through its next phase of impact. As Chair of the Federation Board, Oona will oversee Groundwork UK’s work and drive the delivery of Groundwork’s collective strategy, focusing on fostering resilient communities and sustainable development.

She will step into this role in September, following Graham Hartley’s tenure. Hartley has dedicated nine years of service to Groundwork. Russam is proud to support Groundwork in its continued efforts to make a difference in communities across the UK with this exceptional appointment.
