HR Round Table 7: A (non-virtual!) breakfast discussing the benefits of reverse mentoring
During our Round Table 6 event, we spoke about the benefits of reverse mentoring and during our next round table we are going to explore this further over breakfast.
Reverse mentoring helps by pairing up people of different ages, genders and backgrounds and facilitating conversations about what it truly means to be a diverse organisation. For example, many older executives have experienced the traditional and more patriarchal hierarchies that are now on the decline, however, their years of experience and exposure to change cannot be discounted.
