Diapason provides treasury management software to organisations seeking greater control and visibility over their financial operations.

Nathan initially joined the business to review its existing use of AI. His ongoing appointment has since expanded to include the design and delivery of production-ready AI workflows for its commercial and customer teams.

His work has included developing an AI agent that drafts responses to RFPs and tenders, reducing response times by up to 80%. He has also designed a Customer 360 dashboard for the customer success team, cutting meeting preparation time from around one hour to just 10 minutes.

Company-wide AI adoption has now exceeded 70%, with the roadmap continuing to expand into further use cases.

Building an AI-native operating model for ComptaSanté

ComptaSanté, part of Sofia Group, provides accounting services to healthcare professionals.

Following an audit of the organisation’s operations, Nathan’s ongoing appointment is focused on developing an AI-native operating model that supports greater capacity, efficiency and sustainable growth.

He has automated bank-statement reconciliation using an OCR and AI pipeline, reclaiming €120,000 each year in avoidable production costs. Nathan is also leading the development of an eight-agent AI system targeting a 50% FTE-equivalent capacity gain by the end of 2027.
