Are you a Business Analyst/Architect in Finance and Accounting ready to take on the challenge of a business process reengineering challenge? The Charities Aid Foundation are at an exciting stage of transformation. As we redesign and transition to new digital ways of working we seek exceptional people skills to join our team.
Ideally you will have experience of working within the financial services or third sector within a financial and accounting function, and of business process design and transformation.

Responsibilities:
- Assess existing finance and accounting processes, and future needs, identifying inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement and new ways of working..
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, propose and realise streamlined workflows and data-driven processes.
- Utilize your experience with agile development methods to drive rapid changes and adapt to shifting market dynamics.
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power to enhance automation, data analysis, and decision-making within finance and accounting.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, in the UK, US and Canada.
- Navigate ambiguity, embrace change, and work collaboratively to forge new trust-based relationships in the pursuit of process excellence.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- An experienced Business Analyst/Architect in finance and accounting, ideally within a financial services or the third sector.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations /Power, enabling the enhancement of automation and data-driven insights.
- Analytical prowess to assess and optimize financial processes and valuation methods.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and convey concepts effectively.
- Willingness to embrace ambiguity and navigate change, fostering new relationships within a transformative context.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Hybrid working flexibility, with the ability to commute to our CAF London and Kent offices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
