Are you a Business Analyst/Architect export in Risk and Compliance ready to take on the challenge of a business process reengineering challenge? The Charities Aid Foundation are at an exciting stage of transformation.  As we redesign and transition to new digital ways of working, we seek exceptional people skills to join our team.

Ideally you will have experience of working within the financial services or third sectors within a Risk and Compliance function, and of business process design and transformation, and your experience will drive the redesign of our risk management framework and ways of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current risk management processes, identifying areas for enhancement in KYC/AML compliance and transaction reporting.
  • Collaborate across teams to design and implement streamlined workflows, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize agile development methods to swiftly adapt to changing compliance landscapes and evolving customer needs.
  • Leverage Microsoft Dynamics/Power to enhance automation, data analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate risk-related updates, strategies, and potential solutions.
  • Provide expertise in navigating ambiguity, forging new trust-based relationships, and maintaining compliance within a transformative environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within financial services or the third sector, with a strong background in risk management, KYC/AML, and transaction reporting.
  • Proficiency in agile development methods, demonstrating the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power, enabling effective process automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical prowess to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the complex financial landscape.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the capacity to establish trust-based relationships in a transformative setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex risk concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hybrid working flexibility and willingness to commute to our CAF London and Kent offices.
