Our client is a fast growth and acquisitive company in the web services business.
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with previous experience working for a PE backed business.

The Role requires:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and PE investors’ expectations. This includes long-term financial planning and risk management.
• Value Creation: Focus on creating value for shareholders by optimizing financial performance and ensuring efficient capital allocation.

Financial Management:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations and invest in growth opportunities.

Operational Efficiency:

• Performance Monitoring: Implement systems to monitor and improve financial performance. 
• Cost Control: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Stakeholder Management:

• Investor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for PE investors.
• Board Collaboration: Work closely with the board of directors and other senior executives to drive the company's strategic agenda.
• Compliance and Risk Management
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Digital Transformation: Leverage technology to improve financial processes and reporting. 
• Data Driven Decisions: Use data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
