Project Scope

This is a hands-on opportunity to help the company:

• Map out AI use cases across the business—from operations to customer experience
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and ROI
• Kick off implementation of selected AI solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders
• Educate and align leadership on AI opportunities and risks

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in French
• Comfortable in startup environments—pragmatic, and execution-focused
• Experienced in AI strategy and implementation, ideally in small to mid-sized businesses
• Able to work within budget constraints without compromising on quality
• Hands-on and proactive, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in

 Good to have

• Prior experience in operational transformation or digital innovation
• Familiarity with LLMs, automation tools, or AI-driven analytics
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
