The Organisation
Russam is working with a small, national charity who support young people.

Role & Responsibilities
They have an immediate requirement for an Interim CEO to lead the organisation.
The interim will:

• Be responsible for ‘business as usual’ in terms of strategy, planning, operational performance and governance.
• Lead a motivated team and have responsibility for their management and mentoring providing inspirational leadership and clear direction.
• Oversee the overall financial health of the organisation.
• Be an ambassador to promote and represent the organisation externally.

The Desired Applicant
With prior experience at this level within the charity sector, you will have strong leadership and people management skills that will inspire a small team and support a diverse board.
This appointment is expected to be for 6 months.
