A division of a global group specialising in manufacturing precision parts for automotive and wider engineering applications. The division is based in the UK.
 

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the production facility as the General Manager and Head of Manufacturing
• Turn around performance of the production facility with all relevant metrics covered
• Areas covered include core engineering, customer management and business development, employee relations and backoffice as well as interface with the wider global group

The Desired Candidate

• Strong background in managing facilities as a General Manager with 50+ staff
• Manufacturing background with core Engineering
• Ideally from the Automotive sector but will consider from wider Production Engineering background
• Experience of turning around performance in a facility across all functions is imperative
• The facility is based in the UK and would require the candidate to be based on site; potential flexible arrangements
• Available on short-notice and ready to hit the ground running
