Russam is working with a European organisation who are at the forefront of issues pertaining to climate change. They are going through a period of rapid growth and expansion.

Role & Responsibilities
They have an immediate requirement for an Interim International Director to lead and manage the process of international expansion with the immediate plan to expand to 5 European countries in 2023. The role will be mainly home-based with some European travel

The Desired Applicant
The interim will:

• Have extensive experience leading NGO/civil society projects across Europe
• Have experience of setting up organisations in different jurisdictions
• Be a fluent French speaker
