The Organisation
Our client is a well known management consultancy who are handling strategic project on behalf of their clients – mostly in the industrial and healthcare sectors.

Role & Responsibilities
They urgently need 1-2 top notch Interim Consultants to help with IT/technology due diligence. This will involve reviewing the tech infrastructure for large acquisition targets; joining the existing full-time consulting team and adding expertise in this area. The work will be fast paced and very interesting. 
The initial project might last 3-4 weeks and be pretty intensive which could lead to extensions and further work.
Work will be Outside IR35 and we can be flexible on day rate depending on experience. 

The Desired Candidate
•    Ideally someone who is an “ex-consultant” – Bain, BCG, Deloittes, McKinsey etc.
•    Experience working on due diligence exercises and ideally in the IT/tech/digital area
•    Exposure to Private Equity
•    Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
•    Strong business and industry knowledge – could be any sectors
•    Excellent communications skills and self-motivated
