Global Tech Company | IT Infrastructure Manager | Hybrid (UK/European travel)

Join a fast-growing international tech company (1,200+ employees) as an IT Infrastructure Manager, driving modernization and operational excellence across Europe and beyond.

Role & Responsibilities

As IT Infrastructure Manager, you’ll lead a team of 7–10 and oversee the European IT infrastructure for a fast-growing US-based automotive semiconductor company.—spanning datacenters, virtualization, storage, security, and global collaboration. You’ll play a key role in M&A integration, compliance, and standardization across the UK, Germany, France, and other EU regions.

The Desired Candidate

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, including server admin, virtualization (VMware/Docker), and storage (SAN/NAS)
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Fluent in English (German/French a plus)
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, M365, and endpoint support
• Skilled in scripting (PowerShell) and familiar with security tools (firewalls, VPNs, WiFi)
• Based in the UK or Germany

Location & Contract

• Hybrid role with on-site presence across EU offices
• Interim contract with potential for full-time conversion
• Reporting to Director of IT (USA-based)
• Likely outside IR35 status
